Get a small jar or bottle with a lid. On a piece of paper, draw a house with a big 'X' through it. Then write the target peron's name on it nine times, but not inside the house. Fill with Four Thieves Vinegar, cap and cast into a river or ocean. Back this up by splashing War Water on all the target's ouside dooor knobs and porches. Do this as you build energy, visualizing the person pakced up and driving away.
